Herefordshire Inn stay with a classic car experience​

This offer includes a five-hour car rental of a Morgan classic car from 11am - 4pm, the following day after arrival.

Five-hour Morgan classic car hire experience per room, per stay, Check-in is at 4pm -6 pm and check-out at 4pm, Accommodation in a Boutique King room, Continental Breakfast included, Welcome Gin & Tonic.

- A refundable pre-authorisation deposit of £1,000 per driver must be paid.

- Driver's height must be over 5ft 2in and no more than 6ft 2in.

- Drivers must have no more than 6 points on their license.

- Drivers must be aged between 25 and 75 years old.

- Drivers must be UK citizens.

Drivers must present:

Two proofs of address e.g. bank or credit card statements and utility bills.

• Examples of accepted: utility bills for gas, electricity, landline telephone, broadband, TV license, water, heating oil or gas invoice, Sky, Virgin Media, council tax and mobile telephone.

• Online versions of the documents will be accepted. Any documents with an issue date older than three months will not be accepted.

• Both the photo-card driving license and DVLA check code number (please see below for further details). If you have a paper driving license the DVLA check code number is still required, along with your passport.

• Please note that across all documents, everything must match the driving license address.

Driving License:

​

Drivers must hold a full and current, valid, up-to-date driving license and should have more than three years of driving experience. Two drivers maximum are permitted per hire. Only UK driving licenses are accepted.

Accidental damage:

​

A £500 pre-authorisation deposit per driver is taken on the day of hire (can be taken on a Visa or Mastercard) and will be refunded on the safe return of the car, provided there is no damage to the vehicle. Please note that the refund of the deposit can take up to seven days to reach your card.

**DVLA check code number: As the paper counterpart of UK driving licenses are now out of use (since 2015), guests are not required to bring this with them. However, it is necessary to complete the information. Please visit the DVLA website and generate your unique check code here: https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk/driving-record/licence-number.
